The idea of the emergence of private and independent record production was created in late 1991. year by Sase Gocanin, then reporter for Radio Politika. The original intention was to publish works of authors and performers who have the "avant garde" approach, literally speaking, "not commercial", which would hardly be accepted projects with other publishers, and whose music was potentially attractive to European and world "indie" (independent) market.
